Everything You Need to Know Before Stepping in Front of the Lens
How should I arrive prepared for my shoot (Wardrobe & Hair/Makeup)?

        Clients must arrive camera-ready with pre-planned, steamed/pressed wardrobe choices unless a professional HMUA add-on was selected. If you purchased a Pro HMUA add-on, your studio door call time will be automatically adjusted 30–60 minutes earlier for hair and makeup prep before shooting begins.
      
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

        You may reschedule or cancel your session directly through your confirmation link up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time for full studio credit or a refund upon request to crew@gruffstudios.com. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable, as studio stage time, lighting grids, and crew are locked in for your slot.
      
What format, resolution, and retouching are included in my final delivery?

        Watermarked digital proof galleries are emailed within 24 hours of shoot wrap. Included retouched selections cover natural professional retouching (skin tone balancing, stray hair cleanup, eye clarity, and exposure correction). Master edits are delivered in both native 3:2 full-frame high-resolution and 4:5 (8x10 at 2400x3000px) casting-optimized crops ready for Breakdown Express and Actors Access.
      
Where is the studio located, and can I bring guests or observers?

        Gruff Studios is located at 6565 Sunset Blvd, Suite 410, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Your session includes 1 free validated parking space inside our on-site garage off Sunset Blvd. Outside guests, unapproved stylists, friends, or observers are strictly prohibited on set to maintain focus and maximize your time in front of the lens.
      
How long will my proof gallery and final master files be accessible?

        Final retouched master files and proof galleries will remain accessible via your delivery gallery for 30 calendar days post-delivery. Clients must download and backup all master assets locally within this 30-day window before server links expire.
      
What happens if I’m running late to my session?

        Sessions begin and end strictly at scheduled booking times to respect subsequent clients. Late arrivals deduct directly from your shooting time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will forfeit the session and payment in full.
