All designs, including our mascot "Gruffy," the "Botanical Pulse" motifs, and all original cinematography/editing, are the exclusive property of Gruff Studios LLC.

Creative Control & Artistic Integrity

Gruff Studios maintains full artistic control over lighting, composition, and color grading. By booking, you acknowledge our "High-Contrast/Southern Gothic" aesthetic. We do not release RAW or unedited files. You are hiring our "Final Vision," not just a camera operator.

Usage Rights (For Actors)

Upon final payment, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use your branding assets for personal professional promotion (Casting sites, Social Media, Personal Websites). Commercial resale or third-party advertising usage requires an additional sync license.
