TERMS OF PRODUCTION

• CREATIVE CONTROL: While we collaborate closely on your "Look" and "Brand," Gruff Studios retains final creative authority over technical execution (Lighting, Audio levels, and Color Grading science).

• USAGE RIGHTS: Upon final payment, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered assets for personal promotion, casting submissions, and professional portfolios. Assets may not be sold or used for commercial broadcast without a separate licensing agreement.

• RAW FOOTAGE: We deliver finished, polished assets. We do not release raw unedited footage or project files (DaVinci Resolve/Pro Tools sessions) unless previously negotiated as part of a "Total Takeover" package.

• SUBSCRIPTION TERMS: The Cinematic Self-Tape Subscription bills monthly. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month. You may cancel at any time, but partial months will not be refunded.
