REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

THE GRUFF GUARANTEE & CANCELLATION POLICY We run a tight ship to ensure every artist gets our full production focus. Because we commit crew, studio time, and prep work to your session, we adhere to the following:

• REEL & REBRAND DEPOSITS: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your production date. This covers script development and crew synchronization.

• CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session will forfeit the deposit.

• RESCHEDULING: We allow one (1) reschedule per session if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Subsequent reschedules or late notice will require a $100 "re-stacking" fee.

• SELF-TAPE SESSIONS: Due to the rapid nature of these bookings, self-tape sessions are non-refundable but may be moved once with 24 hours' notice.

• HMU SERVICES: Hair and Makeup fees are paid directly to our independent artists and are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours, as those artists have blocked their day for you.
